The agreed rules for using ArtRapid with confidence.

Acceptance
By creating an account or using ArtRapid, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any point, please refrain from using the service.
How credits work
Each generation consumes credits. Pro plan includes 5 creations/month; Studio includes 50 premium campaigns/month at premium quality. One-off gives 7 creations without subscription. Credits are valid within the subscription cycle - they renew monthly on Pro and Studio. The one-off pack has no auto-renew.
Watermark
Free-plan artworks include a subtle editorial watermark with the artrapid.app mark. Paid plans remove the watermark and unlock high-resolution downloads. The watermark sustains the free tier.
Permitted use
You may use generated artworks in legitimate personal and commercial campaigns - social posts, print, paid media. Do not use ArtRapid for misleading, illegal, discriminatory or hateful content, sexual material involving minors, or any third-party-protected material without authorization.
Limitations of AI results
AI is a creative direction, not a guarantee. Results vary - text, composition and fine detail may need refinement. You are responsible for reviewing before publishing. We are not liable for typos, incidental third-party marks or unintended likenesses.
Rights over generated artworks
Artworks you generate are yours. You may use them commercially without royalties. While an artwork is marked public - whether you published it via the editor toggle or it was generated on the free plan (where completed commercial artworks join the public gallery, which sustains the free tier) - you grant ArtRapid a non-exclusive license to display it at /galeria and at the /arte/{slug} page. You may unpublish at any time and the license ends. Personal artworks (cards and invitations) and artworks with photos of people never join the gallery automatically.
Payments, cancellation, refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe in BRL. You can cancel your subscription anytime via the Stripe portal (linked from your profile) - cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case for confirmed technical issues within 7 business days of purchase.
User responsibility
You are responsible for your account's security, the prompts you submit, the final use of generated artwork, and for following applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 7 days in advance.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless otherwise required by law.
